Connecting People to People
and People to Resources
CDM partners with churches to cultivate discipleship ministries that are Word-based and relationally-driven, strengthening the entire body of Christ.
We believe an intergenerational culture of discipleship enables the whole congregation to think biblically and live covenantally in every area of life. Our hope is that this site will connect you with audio, video, and written resources, as well as experienced church ministry leaders who can encourage and equip you for this work.
At CDM, we focus on connecting leaders, providing training, and offering resources to support the ministry of discipleship in the local church.
God has richly blessed the Church with gifted people. We seek to connect leaders with other leaders and with learners, so that wisdom, experience, and resources can be shared to lead others into a deeper knowledge of Christ.
We also provide training. A follower of Christ is one who continually learns and grows. CDM staff, trainers, and associates work with individuals and groups in local churches to strengthen and develop effective discipleship ministries. Our goal is to help leaders identify and implement best practices that fit their unique ministry context.
Finally, we provide resources. CDM seeks to equip the members of the local church with high-quality materials for Bible studies, small groups, and educational programs. The PCA Bookstore, a ministry of CDM, offers books, curriculum, and other materials for those serving in the church. In addition, CDM oversees the work of Great Commission Publications (GCP—jointly owned by the PCA and the Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC), which produces curriculum for children, youth, and adults. We encourage our church partners to consider GCP Show Me, Jesus, children’s curriculum as a great starting point for teaching a comprehensive, Reformed Sunday school curriculum (designed for ages 2 through 4th grade).
